​How Do I Register My Child?

• Make sure you either live within the Cape Coral National Little League boundaries, or attend a school located within the boundaries. To view our boundary map, please click here. If you are unable to view the map, have recently moved, or have additional questions, please email the CCNLL President.
• Complete the required registration packet. (Download here) This includes:
  • Player Registration Form
  • Medical Release Form
  • Spring Uniform Order Form  /  Fall Uniform Order Form
  • Eligibility Statement
  • Parent Code of Conduct
  • Photo Release Form
  • Little League Volunteer Form (Required if adults wish to participate in any on-field activities)
• Parents and/or guardians must bring three separate proofs of residency when registering. Acceptable documents include: 
  • State-issued driver's license or identification
  • Voter registration card
  • School records- Please complete the School Enrollment Form
  • Insurance documents
  • Government records
  • Utility bill (May bring one utility bill to count as one form)
• A copy of your child's brth certificate.
