Cape Coral National Youth Baseball is a community organization that relies heavily on volunteers to help support the operations of the organization. Experience is not required. Whatever talents or skills you have, we can use them! We are looking for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to help transform today's youth into tomorrow's leaders. There are many different opportunities for community members to help support our boys and girls:

• Managing
• Coaching
• ​Joining the Board of Directors
• Scorekeeping
• Team Moms and Dads
• Umpiring
• Concessions

In order to provide a safe environment for our children, beginning in 2025, all volunteers are required to complete a DCF Level II Background Screening per state guidelines.  Instructions on how to complete this screening will be available soon.​
